Approving a change puts credits on hold. If your request points at specific parts of your site and the build delivers none of it — nothing you pointed at changed, and nothing else landed either — the hold is released and you are charged nothing at all.
Mark up what is still wrong on the staging preview, and putting the rest right is free rework rather than a second request you pay for.
The price you approved is checked again at the moment of charge. If it has moved, the approval is refused rather than quietly charging you either figure.

No. You describe what you want in ordinary language and review a plain-English brief before anything is built. There is no code for you to write or read.
On Cloudify Studio's own hosting, at a Cloudify Studio address. We do not deploy into your own hosting, connect to your own provider accounts, or run anything on infrastructure you control. Your content is yours, and you can take it elsewhere; the running site is ours to host for you.
You buy credits at $1 each and spend them on work: 10 credits for a new product, 2–20 for a change depending on how much it touches, and nothing at all to rebuild. A large site, several design variants, or work you need expedited can take a change above that range. Every new workspace starts with free credits — a one-time grant during the alpha, not a monthly allowance, and your workspace shows you the amount it received. Top up $25, $50, $100, or any amount from $10 to $1000. You always see the price and approve it before any credits are spent. Full details are on the pricing page.

Multi-page sites that present a business: home, services, about, contact — with copy written for you, and working contact, quote, or booking forms. What it does not build today: customer logins, online payments and checkout, and portals that show each visitor their own data. If you ask for one of those, the brief tells you before you spend.
Not yet. Every site today is served at its own Cloudify Studio address. Custom domains are on the way and are listed on the pricing page as not yet available — we would rather say that than sell you something that isn't there.
